The submission form gives FASE preliminary information about you and your organization and allows us to identify varios types of donations and or sponsorships

A FASE outreach relations team member will review and filter submissions, then arrange call backs, meetings or next steps.

After a careful review, our FASE outreach relations team member will contact you within 3-5 business days to learn more. 

Note: Donations will not require the same review standards as sponsorships.
